Yes, the FBI recommended this December 4th, 2024.Adyen and its subcontractor “PLAID” wanted me to give them my personal banking credentials and send unencrypted SMS TXT messages to my phone. If you don’t want to have troubles run away from this company. They will further investigate this fraudulent activity. Only after few days I’ve got an another payment way and all was great. It doesn’t help that their sales team don’t reply to queries to their website sales form either.If you’re a small eCommerce vendor then don’t bother.

So don’t bother if you are a new business, or if you don’t already have proof you’ve made a ton of money. They should just say they don’t accept new businesses, but instead I wasted my time and gave them my information. This is a terrible way of doing business and they are untrustworthy company. This company extorts confidential data, asks for bank statements, ID photos, etc.

They tend to be smart for kyc process, using of AI but in fact just collecting people data and keep rejecting KYC process.
